About Us

The Music Company is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to removing the educational, economic, and social barriers that stand between music makers and the realization of their creative visions.

We do this through educational programs, affordable professional music workspaces, and collaborative project opportunities.

Vision

Equal opportunity to create, perform, and work in the music industry regardless of age, color, gender, or socio-economic status.

What we do

The Studio

Studio A

Ideal for high volume, high channel count live recording sessions. Studio A is also great for mixing and mastering, producing, or layering in vocals or instruments to existing stubs or tracks.

DJ Studio

What can you do in the DJ Studio? Record a radio show or podcast, record a demo, livestream to the world, or just practice your mixing skills. The DJ studio is set up to do all this and more.

Production Suite

Featuring a modular rack with an array of digital synthesizers and effects, as well as vintage analog synthesizers by Moog, Oberheim, and Roland, the production suite is an expansive sonic playground.

Seaside Studio

Combines an intimate 10’x12’ tracking/isolation room that is appropriate for isolating and recording anything from individuals to 4 piece bands, with a very comfortable 12’x14’ control room that is also fantastic for podcasting and producing.
