As a San Diego-based artist, Ramin Majlessi has established himself as a prominent figure in the house music scene. With a passion for the genre that runs deep, he has not only distinguished himself as a talented DJ, but also as a respected promoter, event producer, and A&R for MI4L and helping run Halo Varga’s label Muted Noise.
In 2015, Ramin began a bi-monthly podcast featuring artists from around the world, which caught the attention of the Los Angeles-based blog, Music is 4 Lovers, who now hosts the series. Ramin’s career took a significant turn when he saw Rhadoo perform in LA in 2016, which led him to explore deeper sounds and influences from artists like Priku, Barac, Sepp & Nu Zau, Arapu, and Cristi Cons. Now, Ramin has performed alongside notable acts such as Archie Hamilton, Seb Zito, Paolo Rocco, Miroloja, and Romanian producers Livio & Roby.
Recently, Ramin has released on a leading minimal/deep house label Whoyostro which saw a remix by the renowned London producer Ray Mono, solidifying his position as a respected name.
