Help us produce video content for Beach Break Sessions, Audio Espresso, social media, and event coverage. From handheld run-and-gun to multi-camera studio setups — we need eyes behind the lens.

Help TMC grow its audience and communicate its mission across social media, email, and the web. You'll work on campaigns, content calendars, copywriting, and analytics to connect more artists with our studios.

Design event flyers, social assets, merch concepts, and digital collateral that reflects TMC's visual identity. You'll collaborate with the marketing team to make every touchpoint look as good as the music sounds.

Help keep TMC’s digital home running smoothly and securely. Your primary focus will be maintaining and optimizing our WordPress website, ensuring our audience and artists have a seamless online experience. From plugin management to page speed improvements — we need you behind the screen.

Set up and run sound, lighting, and logistics at TMC concerts, benefit events, and jam sessions. If you're comfortable behind a soundboard or just good at getting things done, we want you on the crew.

Write artist profiles, impact stories, blog posts, and program descriptions that communicate TMC's work to the world. Strong writers who can make music and community feel alive on the page are always welcome.
