Promised Promised is a five-piece alt-rock group formed by Jesus Gomez (vocals, rhythm guitar) and Felipe (vocals, bass). The rest of the band consists of Victor Valle on drums, Angel Bedolla on lead guitar and Keanu Huezo, their newest member, who alters between rhythm guitar and bass to allow the band to be fronted by either Jesus or Felipe at a time. They take influence from just about anywhere and share a lot of the same interests within the band, making the writing process smooth and easy. They consider themselves alt-rock but the reality is that their music is consistently exploring new genres, going from an indie pop single like “California Rain” to angsty and heavy like their newest release “Till the End.” They’re currently working on their next single release titled “Parasite” which aims to blend their pop elements with their newly found heaviness.
